Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Made-to-order items may require additional production time — estimated timeframes will be noted on the individual product page.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on orders of $150.00 or more, provided the total package weight is under 7 lbs. Orders that don't qualify for free shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Reckless Roan Trading Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
